Lil Joe’s Repair Garage is located in the heart of Watkins Glen, NY and was chosen as an awardee for assistance under the Downtown Revitalization Initiative project. Cabezas Engineering, PLLC is in charge of overseeing a full interior and exterior renovation that is underway to prepare the property to be leased to a future retail, commercial and residential tenant. After being vacant for several years it is exciting to see improvements underway.
